EDINBURGH'S HOGMANAY 2013/14
Edinburgh's Hogmanay Street Party
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Edinburgh's Hogmanay 21st anniversary Street Party and made it one of the best in our history.
There were incredible performances from all our bands on both the Waverley Stage & The Scottish Stage, keeping revellers warm through the bells with dancing in the streets. A huge thanks to Django Django, Chvrches, King Creosote, Treacherous Orchestra, Fiddler's Bid, The Rezillos and William Douglas for making the party a night to remember. Also The Rewinder Stage provided the soundtrack which had the whole arena dancing, with DJ Swiss and VJ's extraordinaire Buttercup & Pixel! The biggest tunes, the greatest moments, the faces, the inventions that Scotland gave the world, all mixed live on screens throughout the arena.
But the audiences who attended all three days of Edinburgh's Hogmanay events made this an extra special year, a friendlier, welcoming, more enthusiastic crowd will be harder to find on the planet and we can't thank you enough!
We hope to see you all again at Edinburgh's Hogmanay 2014/15 with tickets for the Street Party on-sale now.

‘HEADLINED by Mercury Prize nominees and former Edinburgh College of Art graduates Django Django, with tremendous support from band of the moment Chvrches, this was an indubitably Scottish line-up for Hogmanay and one of the best in recent years.’
Concert in the Gardens
The Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2013/14 Concert in the Gardens headlined by Pet Shop Boys was one of the most spectacular in our 21 year history. Joined on the bill by The 1975, Nina Nesbitt and Edinburgh’s own The 10:04’s. The event was a total sell-out and the crowd welcomed 2014 in spectacular style with a sound and visual feast and five firework displays from Edinburgh Castle.
'For an event which is all about precise, expensively-wrought spectacle for a crowd of all ages and backgrounds, it was the perfect set.' **** The Scotsman
HOMECOMING HOGMANAY 2014

The Edinburgh's Hogmanay Torchlight Procession was the first to enjoy the '20:14 Homecoming Moment' with the spectacular Homecoming 2014 firework sequence and 'Saltires in the Sky' during the Son et Lumiere finale on Calton Hill.
On 31st December thousands of locals and visitors across Scotland experienced the beginning of a fantastic year of events ahead in 2014, with fireworks and 20:14 (8.14pm) and Midnight Moments happening simultaneously in Edinburgh, Stirling, Inverness and Stonehaven.
