The Brief
To event management and deliver free outdoor screenings in central Edinburgh locations as part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
Our Response
Working on behalf of Edinburgh International Film Festival and Essential Edinburgh we design the event arena; considering screen placement, seating, concessions, amenities and how this works with the space remaining open to other members of the public.
Once open we coordinate the front of house, production, activities, site and health and safety.
