Unique Events presented one of the major events in the Highland 2007 calendar, The RBS Inverness Highland Tattoo, bringing a flavour of the world famous Edinburgh Military Tattoo to the Highlands.

The RBS Inverness Highland Tattoo took place at Fort George, near Inverness, in July 2007. A full-scale international military tattoo, held at Fort George: one of the most dramatic, historic backdrops in Scotland and the best preserved and largest fort in Europe. This dramatic event featured military bands, massed pipes and drums, highland dancers and aerial displays.

Unique Events brought elements of Edinburgh’s international programme to Fort George in a very special production to celebrate Highland 2007.

Highlights at Fort George included The Golden Lions Parachute Display Team, The Pipes and Drums of The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, The Imps Youth Motorcycle Display Team, The Highland Tattoo Dancers and Military Bands; the Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland, The Lowland Band of the Royal Regiments of Scotland and The Royal Signals Northern Bands.

All set in one of the most dramatic, historic backdrops in Scotland.
